I grew up in Bethesda Chevy Chase, Maryland when it was only a 15 minute drive to the White House! I spent my childhood summers boating on the Chesapeake Bay with my family, and back then, I could not have imagined a more perfect place to live. Then I discovered paradise here on the Treasure Coast in south Florida.

I became a Realtor in Maryland in 1976 and and eventually formed my own company, Lee Bryan Real Estate, Inc., where I enjoyed selling in the booming DC suburbs of Maryland through the 70s, 80s, and early 90s. I relocated to Hutchinson Island 15 years ago and have been living and selling on the Island ever since. I have two wonderful grown children; My daughter is a graduate student studying creative writing, and my son is the guitarist for Hootie and the Blowfish. I have three adorable grandchildren.

My office and home are in close proximity to the Atlantic Ocean and Indian River which is actually the Intracostal Waterway. I sell condominiums, homes, and land in the Stuart, Jensen beach and Hutchinson Island area. Here in the "Sailfish Capitol" we are just about as far north as one can live on the east coast of Florida and still be in continual perfect weather with an average year-round temperature of 72.5 degrees, perfect for golf, fishing, tennis, boating and walking along our beautiful, uncrowded beaches, all of which are popular activities. I just love my profession and it shows: I've sold well over one hundred million dollars in properties so far in my real estate career, and that is in between my golf games!
